Special Orders

Beads and Findings

Find special order beads and findings in various categories. These items are ordered from our supplier upon receipt of our customers order and will ship separately from your in-stock order with no additional shipping charge. Items are returnable if you are unhappy with the product. We cannot guarantee stock availability at the time of order, we try to deactivate any items that we know are currently out of our suppliers stock, however some items you request may not be in stock and we may not be notified until our supply order is shipped. You will be notified as soon as we receive any kind of notice from our supplier. If you desire a certain item that you cannot find in our special order category, please contact us with your request, we will try to locate your item for you from our active suppliers.

Displays

We generally have a supply order arriving weekly, for large quantity items, or for items shown in our catalog, or not shown on our website, please contact us, items can be ordered for you and will be received within 10-14 days.  Some items may have a minimum order requirement.  All special orders are payable in advance and are not considered backorders, therefore if you request your in stock items to ship before your special order items have arrived, you will incur 2 separate shipping charges.

Many items that are considered special order will be ordered from our supplier in quantities that exceed the minimum order requirement when ordered by a customer, we will then place the excess inventory to stock and move the special order product listing into our regular stock area. 

Any special order item returned to us will incur a 10% restocking charge.
