Quality Products Selected for Durability and Ease of Use -  You will notice we do not carry many items that our competitors carry.  We have narrowed our inventory to those items that have proven to be durable, and we have discontinued anything with a consistent history of breakage during shipping, customer dissatisfaction, that are difficult to travel with, or items that do not sustain their value over a reasonable period of time.  Anytime we carry a product with issues due to popular demand, we will let you know up front in the item description so you are not surprised or disappointed when your product arrives.

Backorders Shipped Free - Items shown online are in stock.  Sometimes we may be short on the quantity ordered, or out of stock on a certain color.  We do try to notify our customer of any backordered item before shipping so that a substitute can be selected if desired.  If we ship your order without the desired item, we will backorder and ship it at our cost when it is back in stock.
